The static website is published on Cloudflare Pages. The domain name and web traffic use Cloudflare infrastructure.
Privacy
This is a static website with no visitor account and no enquiry database.
Fields are processed in your browser to prepare an email or text message. They are not sent to or stored by this website.
Your app and email or telephone provider then transmit the information you choose. It is used only to reply to your stay enquiry and is neither sold nor rented to third parties.
Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare may process technical data related to web requests under its own privacy policy.
Correspondence relating to an enquiry that does not result in a booking is kept for no more than three years from receipt or the latest contact initiated by the enquirer, then deleted unless a legal obligation applies or it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Records relating to a confirmed stay may be kept for the applicable statutory accounting or evidentiary periods.
Cookies
The website code currently includes no advertising service, audience analytics, marketing pixel or tracker-based personalisation.
If a non-essential service is added later, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.
Consumer disputes
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the business, they will endeavour to resolve it amicably. The Client must first submit a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional’s Customer Relations department.
If no amicable agreement is reached, or if the professional does not reply within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the consumer Client within the meaning of Article L. 612-2 of the French Consumer Code may, if the disagreement remains, refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator included in the list established by the French Consumer Mediation Assessment and Control Commission pursuant to Article L. 615-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Prices and cancellation
The amounts below are indicative nightly figures. They may change according to season, school holidays, public-holiday eves, length of stay, promotions and booking channel.
This guide is not a contractual offer. For an Airbnb booking, the total shown by Airbnb for the selected dates, guest count and rate option prevails. For a direct enquiry, only the written offer sent by Au Moulin is binding.
Depending on the dates, Airbnb may offer a non-refundable rate and a refundable option. Where Airbnb’s conditions allow it, notably when a booking is confirmed at least seven days before check-in, a 24-hour window after confirmation allows free cancellation. After that, any refund depends on the option selected and the deadline displayed before booking. The summary shown by Airbnb when the booking is confirmed prevails.
Direct enquiries
The “Book” page only prepares a contact message. It does not hold dates, calculate a price or collect a payment.
A direct booking can exist only after the total price and applicable terms are provided in writing, the guest agrees and Au Moulin confirms in writing. Airbnb terms do not automatically apply to a booking made directly.
